It is better to use antiglare lenses: It is better to use antiglare lenses when working after glasses. If you have to sit in front of a computer screen or mobile for a long time, you should use lenses that are capable of removing blue rays. Rest after 20 minutes: According to the doctor, the eyes should be rested for at least 20 seconds after 20 minutes to protect the eyes.
