Symptoms of dehydration

 Dehydration occurs when there is not enough water in the body. Excessive sweating, vomiting, or diarrhea often causes the body to lose more water. Then there is a lack of dehydration in the body in many ways. Symptoms of dehydration:

Bad breath: Saliva in the mouth has antibacterial properties. But drinking less water does not produce more saliva and increases bacteria in the mouth. From that bad breath is created.

Dry skin: When the problem of dehydration increases a lot, the skin becomes dry and wrinkled.

Tightening of the limbs: If you exercise very hotly, the body also gets hot. Then the body needs enough water to cool down. When dehydrated, the muscles do not get enough water. Then there is a possibility of tension in the hands and feet. However, keep in mind that drinking less water can create this problem even in winter.

Propensity to eat sweets: When the body is dehydrated, the liver cannot function properly. The liver makes glycogen from water which provides energy to the body. But if it is not right, the body needs more food. Then the tendency to eat salty snacks, chocolate, sweets increases.

Headache: Migraine pain often starts from dehydration. So if you hold your head all the time, fill a big glass and drink water. In addition, you can occasionally drink water or any other beverage such as fruit juice, sherbet, Kachchi, etc. throughout the day. This will reduce the dehydration of the body a lot.
