There are many reasons for pain in different parts of the body. Many people bake to reduce the pain. In the past, all kinds of pains were treated with hot compresses. But now doctors are talking about two types of baking, hot and cold. But many people do not know what kind of tonic works in any pain.
Bake hot
It is usually baked in a dry towel. Towels are also soaked in hot water and baked. Many people also bake by filling a rubber bag with hot water or using a hot baking pad. There are a few things to keep in mind before hot baking. E.g.-
1. Hot baking increases blood flow to the injured area. This increases the amount of oxygen. The pain subsided quickly.
2. It is very effective in treating bone joint pain or muscle tension.
3. It is better not to give hot toast within 48 hours of getting pain.
4. You should talk to your doctor before giving a hot bath.
Bake cold
It is soaked in ice water towel, filled in a plastic bag and given a cold toast. Many people fill a rubber bag with ice and water and give it a cold toast. Here are some things to keep in mind:
1. Cold soaking numb the affected part. That reduces the pain. Many people think that cold soak can cause fever. That's not right at all.
2. Cold sores are given to reduce swelling or inflammation.
3. Cold sores can help stop bleeding.
4. It is safer than hot baking. However, cold soak should be given on the advice of a doctor.
