Make pots, pans or pizza kebabs yourself.
Many houses now have refrigerated meat. Not just soup and roast, so now you can make kebabs of different flavors with meat.

Ingredients: 1 kg of beef (without bones and fat) cut into one inch squares. 1 table-spoon of raw chilli paste. Ginger and garlic paste in half a table-spoon. 1/4 cup sour yogurt. 3 teaspoons of lemon juice. 2 tablespoons papaya paste with peel. Half a teaspoon of hot spice powder. Half a teaspoon of mustard paste. Tala coriander powder 1 table-spoon. Take 3,4 powdered dried chillies. Ghee 1 table-spoon. 4 tablespoons of soybean oil. One teaspoon of cumin powder. Like the amount of salt. 5.6 onion pieces. 1 handful of mint leaves.
Method: Cut the meat into squares, wash and drain the water.
Marinate the meat in the fridge for an hour with all the ingredients except oil, ghee, onion, coriander, dried chillies and mint leaves.
Now heat oil in a pan and cook with meat. Give a little water if necessary.
When the meat is cooked, cover it with onion paste and spices, reduce the heat of the oven and let it cook for another five minutes. Take it down after frying.
Before unloading, spread ghee and mint leaves and unload. If you wish, you can grill the meats.
Bihari Kebab Recipe

Ingredients: 1 kg of minced beef. Paste with papaya peel 2 tablespoons. Ginger paste 1 table-spoon. Garlic paste 2 tablespoons. Like salt to taste. Half a cup of sour yogurt. 1 teaspoon of chilli powder. 1 tablespoon of green chilli powder. Half a teaspoon of Jayatri powder. Half a teaspoon of coriander powder. Bhajajira-powder 1 teaspoon. 2 tablespoons of mustard oil. Half a cup of onion-crumbs. Kebab Masala 1 table-spoon (available in the market). Half a tea-spoon of star anise powder. 1 teaspoon of black pepper powder. Parcel leaves or coriander leaves 1 table-spoon (for sorting).
Method: Blend the onion-crumbs in brown oil.
Mix sour curd, blended onion and papaya paste well with all the spices. Now mix this spice mixture well with the thinly sliced meat pieces and marinate in the refrigerator overnight or for eight hours.
Then grind the pieces of meat on a stick until brown.
It should be inverted after 20 minutes. Then take it down and sprinkle with parsley or coriander leaves and serve with parota or naan with raita. Great fun Bihari Kabab.
Pot Kebab
After eating this kebab in Samia Rahman's recipe, you will smile.
Ingredients: 1 kg of beef without bones. 3 cups of chopped onion. Yogurt 4-5 tablespoons. Adabata 2 tablespoons. Garlic 1 table-spoon. 1 tablespoon of onion paste. 2 tablespoons of tamarind paste. 2 teaspoons of chilli powder. 2 teaspoons of cumin powder. 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder. Nutmeg powder is one-fourth of a teaspoon. Half a teaspoon of jaggery powder. Half a teaspoon of cinnamon powder. Pepper-powder 1 teaspoon. 4-5 cardamoms. Cloves 5-6. 3-4 peppercorns. Salt to taste or 2 teaspoons. Half a cup of oil.
Method: First cut the meat into thin slices. Then wash it and spread it with half amount of ginger and garlic paste, cumin powder, tamarind, chilli, curd and salt.
Fry the onion. Now fry nutmeg, jaggery, cinnamon, cloves, black pepper all together in the oven without oil. Then mix the onion with the barista a little.
Cook for one minute with oil, onion, garlic and adabata, chilli powder and salt in a pan. Now pour a cup of hot water on the beef with spices. Cover the pan.
After a while, lift the lid and see the meat. When the spices come up on the oil, simmer for 5 minutes with the Beresta-spices mixture prepared earlier.
Then take it down and serve it as a fun hari kebab. It will be very fun to eat with Nanruti, Parota or Polao.
Tray kebab
It looks like pizza but it is kebab. The recipe was given by chef Tasnuva Mahmud Nowrin.
Ingredients: Soak 3-4 dried red chillies in water. 1 onion. Garlic whole 3-4 cloves. 1/3 cup of onion leaves. Half a cup of coriander leaves. 3 cups minced chicken / beef / mutton. Salt 1 teaspoon or to taste. According to 1 teaspoon of red chilli tala or salt. Tomato Sauce - 2 tablespoons. A few sliced tomatoes. A few whole green peppers.
Method: In a blender, mix chopped onion, coriander leaves, soaked red chillies, onion leaves, garlic and cloves. However, it cannot be pasted at all.
Now mix this mixed ingredients with meat minced meat, salt, red-chili-pepper, tomato sauce.
Brush the baking pan with light oil, pour in the mixture and shape into a pizza. Then cut into three pizza-like corners, place one tomato slice and one whole green pepper on each piece and bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 25 to 30 minutes or as long as it takes.
Once the minced meat is cooked, brush a little tomato sauce on top. It will be better to see and eat.
Once the minced meat is cooked, cut it down and serve with polao, biryani, nanruti or parotta.
